Not so easy to do this move mouse and boat to exact loc on a bouncy sea either. There are a number of uses for this feature and I'll name a few:
1. Dead reconning.
2. Testing. In particular cel_nav right now.
3. General utility. To have to create a txt file with the boat position and use vdr_pi to move the boat (which also activates a route and turns the boat red -having some other uses) or fiddle with scale and mice, when we should just be able to right click and pick Boat Properties, to set boat position along with a number of other boat characteristics (depth. beam, length overal, lwl, gps position in the boat, sail area, etc -list could be long.) That might be a logical structure, similar to waypoint properties, but for own boat.

Touchscreen working:

Using a touchscreen in combination with a keyboard works very well.

Moving the charts with the finger command also works. However most of the time a get the chart info page when I touch the screen. Carefully putting my finger on certain spot on the screen sometimes help.

Is there a way to separate the finger command for moving the screen and clicking on the icons on the icon bar ?

Could someone have kap file charts from Molde northward to Kristiansund and the fjiord to Sunndalsoera (Norway)?

I remember using online official Norwegian charts that could be tiled for offline use. You can kap such files yourself most of the time. Google some.

Kystinfo.no is your friend and with the possibility to overlay whatever objects or ENC object you want. https://kystinfo.no/

Also O-charts, even if not KAP files have official Norwegian ENC charts.

Try to load the site in google translate.

That site is far better than google earth or other satellite services - it uses geo referenced areal photos of much better quality than satellite photos and have also the possibility to use ENC overlays like depth curves, numbers and navigational installations. You can even maker KAP's from official ENC's.

In the upper right of the page you can change the settings - English is one option.

And as Petter pointed out: if you like you can get the complete vector version as an oeSENC set at o-charts.

Well it seems like nothing is coming out of it. I don't know why it remain in Norwegian language unable to change it. My browser does not recognise the change over. If some as, I would appreciate.

At Last I succeeded to obtain jpeg georeferenced downloaded file. The only thing I can not change them to kap file; because my system did not like the program to make kap file (I had to reformat on account of it). So what would you recommend?

Sorry, no - we just experimented with the page when starting to talk with Kartverket in Norway i order to understand the charts.
And as we have now the access (license) for the vector charts we did not make any follow-up.

Petter might have tried...
