I am sorry Mike, this one is refused when trying to import the plugin. Compatibility given by Open CPN per default is unbuntu-gtk3-armhf:20:04.

As far as I can see all seems OK, but I am back home close to Chamonix in the french Alps... and on my computer at home everything works. I'll see later on the computer (older Panasonic CF19 mk 5) I use on board .

Hello Mike,

Here is a screenshot of version 1.1.1 downloaded this morning from cloudsmith.

For this test, I replaced the language file contained in the software with the latest version of the language file corrected this morning.

However, there are still untranslated items on the screen. While these items are present and actually translated in the crowdin language file.

- Select hight water
- HW
- HW-6
- HW+6

SO ??????

The data indicated is written hard into the program and is therefore not translated via po/mo.

To obtain a complete translation, simply modify the plugin's ad-hoc files and compile it.

This is what I did (see attached illustration) but frankly I am not convinced that it is essential.

Indeed, to allow an "all language" translation, I think it may be necessary to modify part of the program and it will certainly take time to display a window that is only displayed temporarily.

Schnapsy, I just did what Mike asked in his post #36 above. That is to say, improve the translation into French.

For the rest, I know that Mike will do what he can if he has time.

But, if it manages to display the translations of the 3 captions of the 3 buttons, I think that this will make the plugin even more credible for French users.

Thanks for your work on the translations.

The missing translations resulted from the addition of BM based tidal currents. I did not mark some _("text") in the code. I will post here when the Crowdin .pot file has been updated.

Users have pointed out to me that the explanation given in the "information" file is not clear to someone who does not speak English.

We could possibly replace it with the file below. (remove the pdf extension)
