Grib - Start a request button stopped working

Hi All,

I am using 4.6.0 on a mac book. The "Start a request" (@ mark shaped) button worked fine but it stopped working when I saved. As a result I am not able to edit saildoc requests. I haven't configured the machine to send automatically.

I guess that there is some preference file where the information is stored upon saving, but i cannot figure where it is or modify my saved preference. Also I could not find any documentation regarding the save button in the start a request window.

As a result the button looks as shown in the pic with the four little red arrows and would not open any window.

Any clue?

When the button looks like that - use your cursor + left click to select area.
Then click the button again and the dialog you you're looking for will be displayed.

Control the behavior with the buttons
1-Manual Selection
2-Always use this Area

If none is ticked you get a request for what you see on the screen.
I 1 is checked, but not 2. You get what you have now -> You have to do a manual selection every time.
If both are checked and you use "Save" on exit, at least once -> you get the same area you picked last time.

I hope this helps You!

I kind of felt trying to get the mail server up despite my friendship with terminals and commands from linux days is quite rusty...i got part of the stuff up, but i get this error message and i can't figure how to deal with it.
