Homepage OCPN 4.2

Everybody happy with OCPN 4.2?

But when I go to the homepage as a complete newbie (and there are many!!) the first thing I see is a screen of OCPN 4.0 (see top of the first image on the homepage)
Next I go to the International site of Germany. Don't work!
Then I go to the International site of Spain. Manual for OCPN 4.0
Next I go to the International site of France 1. Screen of OCPN 2.5.0
And last I see the screen with "about" with OCPN 3.1

What to think when I am a newbie?
