Importing Plugins

What am I missing?

I'm running O5.2 on a Mac with the latest version of Catalina.

I'm trying to install a test version of Climatology to search for a possible bug, but I cannot import any tarball... The import function on a Mac won't let me select any .tar or .tar.gz or .xml file (or any file at all). Is there something I'm missing?

Re: Importing Plugins

Steve...

Had the same problem initially. 'Greyed out'. If you use 'Ctrl' then 'Quick Look' this produces an information form. Close that and you then have the option to open the file and import it.

Not sure if this is a bug or not.

Re: Importing Plugins

Didn't work...

However, while messing with it, I did discover I could use the arrows on the keyboard to "select" the first or the last item in a folder. So, I moved the tarball into an empty folder and was able to select and install it that way.

Thanks for it idea, Mike. Rather than giving up I was able to get through it.
