Thank you Markus and all that shared some good info.

I have been using opencpn for a long time now, have seen it grow and improve. Many thanks to those who have worked hard to make it available for free.

My problem is that for the most part the manual is written for the techno savy, with lingo and acronyms your common Joe(me) has no clue. I don't want to learn coding to use a program.

Not a complaint just an observation.
