Latest on multi-touch screen Openplotter/pi?

I'm building an Openplotter on RPi4 + PiCAN hat.

I'd like a largeish multi-touch capable monitor that works well. I'm filling an 11.5" x 7" hole.

Primary use is OpenCPN with some limited browsing and possibly using the Pi as a media player to send movies to a second hdmi display (not the touch).

Are there any recommended multi-touch screens and what are the tricks and gotchas?

At the moment I'm looking into the same topic. At the moment I'm looking into a 12" to 13" hdmi portable monitor with touch-screen which is powered via USB-C. Lets see, how it turns out.

Thanks. Building a case not an issue I have a pod for it and can 3d print anything I need
