Location of route track and waypoint files

Need to transfer route, track, and waypoints from one (very tired pc) to its replacement.

Where are these data kept in opencpn?

In the same folder as the opencpn.log file. See OpenCPN "About OpenCPN", the "?" toolbar icon for the location in your system.
The file is navobj.xml with some backup copies below. (One new created on each O startup.)
The navobj.xml is obviously in xml format and will fit on another OpenCPN. If you like to export in gpx format to other program you can export from "Route & Mark Manager".
