Absolutly no problem. The file is 67k and upload manager does not allow me to upload a file of this size. How can I upload it?

As with everything else the forum upload manager does not like - rename it to .doc

Looks like you didn't install to the right directory...
Have look to

C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN 3.0.0\plugins

to check, but I'm pretty sure the findit and logbook dlls are not going to be there...

P.S. No need to save the files as a Word document, just changing the extension is enough (and works for any file type)

In the plugin directory there are no logbook files. Does this mean that dureing the installation one has to select the plugin directory instead of the opencpn directory? If that's the case, I suggested a new feature

Just try to install again. As far as I remember you have to select the application directory (in your case C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN 3.0.0\) while installing Konni's plugins

can you search your disk for "logbookkonni_pi.dll" - the file should be 1086KB and have a creation date of June 4th.
I don't have a 64bit system to test the installation, but on 32bit W7 it works as expected if I select the right directory where OpenCPN is installed.

I do see the file in the directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN 3.0.0\OpenCPN\plugins\logbookkonni_pi.dll

Other installed plugins are showing as expected.

Just move the dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN 3.0.0\plugins and you will be set for now. Looks like the logic in the installer needs a bit of adjustment. Same for FindIt.

Got fresh install of OpenCPN v3.0.0 and newest Logbook plugin from sourceforge. (Win7) Enabling timer causes OCPN to freeze instantly and crash a few seconds later.
