Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Hello,

attached is the pot-file from today.

I added 3 watch-columns and in the weather-tab columns for Hydrometer,
water and air temperature, but it's not tested well. It was written last night. In Options you can select (F)ahrenheit or (C)elsius.

the bug in polish date reported by marchew is fixed, but the time-bug in chinese is still there. There are prepended chinese characters.
Can somebody give me a helping hand, are these characters like AM/PM but prepended ?

thank's in advance

Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Hello,

i've programmed another plugin for OCPN >= 2.6.1310.
It's a stowage-manager named 'FindIt', has a interface to the
logbook ( >= version 0.912), but can also used without it.

You can download it here

After you filled in some strings in 'Units' and 'Locations' add a Line in
'Material' or 'Provisions'. There are dropdown-boxes in the columns
'Units' and 'Locations'.
If the amount in the column 'Actuell' is below 'Quota', in the Column
'Buy' appears 'Yes'. when you now hit the button 'BuyIt' the logbook
opens and displays the row(s)

when you search for a item, seperate the words with a blank.

Sorting is done by a click in the column-header.

please download also the logbook version 0.912, if you want to use
the button 'BuyIt'

Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Hello Konni,

We are working with EdelVoilier on the french language file V 912.

We will post here the French language file when the V912 ".pot" file is given online

We noticed a display problem in the tab "Crew".

Before, there were only 4 watch defined. Now, there seems to be 6. But some new items are displayed. Other new items are not displayed. And there is a problem with the horizontal scroll bar to the bottom of the screen.

See join screen copy.

best regards

Gilletarom and EdelVoilier.

Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Hello Konni,

Using the link "here" in the post #124, I try to download the V 912 as you have write. There is two way :

First, We canI click on the first line and the file is : LogbookKonni-Setup_0_910.exe

Second, we can click on the third file (LogbookKonni-Setup.exe) and the file is : LogbookKonni-Setup.exe

Where is the good V912 ? I think it is the second but ... ?

Best regards

Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Hello Konni,

Three topics in this post :

1° Working on the French file language, EdelVoilier and me, we have see the item "sm". We have see that this item is used in the tab "Abbreviations" of the "preferences" window of your plug-in.

Is it really "sm" ? Or is it "km" ? And then, why km as kilometer. Should be able to choose the particular unit between kilometers and nautical miles

2° There are items "Air" and "Water". Why? Did you know that in these columns there put the air temperature and that of water?

3° In the "Logbook", there are columns to put the COG (T) and compass heading. It could also have a column to put the magnetic variation. Especially since the plug-in WMM to view this one.

Best regards.

Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Greetings,

Thanx for the great efforts to provide this software for us.

I do have a problem finding the 912version. When I download what you call the 912- LogbookKonni-Setup- and install plugin says 911 and have problems with find-it plug in operating in buy it.
Also when I click on line numbers on side bar, opencpn crashes, all other functions appear to be working. When actuel is less than quota, no change.
can be selected manually, checked.
Maybe I do not have 912 ?

Thank you for any help

Re: Logbook Konni for OpenCPN

Gilletarom,
I am referring to the numbers for the rows, they appear on the left side of the list of items.
I also just noticed that my google earth plugin no longer appears under tools, but is in plugin folder ???

thank you for your response.

Normally, you are using OpenCPN 2.6.0-1310.
The plug_in GE is not ready to run now on 2.6.0-1310.
