Looking for an ENC for Chuuk, FSM.

If anyone has a raster chart or ENC for Chuuk, FSM, it would be greatly appreciated.

Try to find a set of CM93 ver 2 charts from 2012 (or later). A search of this forum will probably help as it is a common query.
If I recall correctly the survey of the Truk lagoon is a bit dodgy.
Anyway, it's certainly an eyeball navigation area.

Please be aware that OpenCPN v5 supports mbtiles. SASPlanet (take a nightly build) can create those from a polygon selection: satellite images, (undisclosed) maritime raster charts - make your choice. Chuuk islands makes about 3000 tiles z12-z16 levels, taking ~10 minutes (with good 4G):
