No Charts North of 40 Degrees

I installed opencpn 231 and the cm93 charts. I am running xp and win7 on a different machine. On both machines I can see all the cm93 charts south of 40deg but I get only the black and blue screen for the north regions. I have also tried the old versions of the cm93-10 charts, same problem. I am running an old version of opencpn on an old laptop and it is working fine. Any ideas!!!

I have never heard of this problem before. What comes to mind is that your chart set for some reason isn't complete. File corruption, bad copying or similar.
CM93 is normally covers from 80N to 80S.
Maybe some there is some info in your OpenCPN log file that can help.

After some hours of going over the files I finally figured out that the old config file was not being deleted. It appears that there was a conflict with the new files. Once I deleted the config file and cleaned out the registry I was able to install the new version and it works as it is supposed to.
