No plugins on 5.6.2 / Ub 23.04

Ok only plugins I can get are the four "standard system plugins".

I spent hours on this - what am I missing?

No, I just reverted to an earlier Ubuntu version, and all is well.

thanks for the feedback. Can you tell wich version ? I run it on a MS Surface and understand older versions are unstable on it ...

I thought 5.6.2 was the latest release avail for ub 23.04...
