OCPN 5.10 N2k Wind Data

Thanks for this release Dave and all, a real step fwd!
I'm just having a play with NMEA2000, via an Actisense NGT-1 USB adapter. Works great so far, except that the Wind data needs dampening. Wind Sensor is a B&G WS310, 10hz. B&G dampen it at the display units...
Are there any plans to provide dampening, or am I missing something?

No known plans but we are many contributors so one never know.
The idea is not bad not less with such a sensor. Update wind data at 10 Hz seems really overkill and the result may be "nervous".

My own dated Simrad IS15 can dampen, or maybe slow update speed, before providing NMEA0183 to others.
