It's from the AIS receiver I have at home for testing and operation with software at home.
COMAR SLR200NG (AIS & GPS Receiver via LAN)

Seen in the stream of the NMEA debug window, with filter PGRMT, it's sent every minute.

I'd say it's Comar's own sentence about the system, e.g. firmware. Get yourself a manual and check. Don't bother.

The good thing is you have contact. Give it a GPS and a VHF antenna, if not there, and check more functions.
