Ocpn will not open raster charts

So, I am new at this and have installed OCPN 4 on my computer and pointed it to my BSB4 chart files directory, after enabling the BSB4 plugin. It's is not showing me the charts. I have directed it to the BSB4 folder, and observed the database update progress box doing the update.
I tried to attach the .ini and .log file, but it is not allowed?

Try again with the files. Just rename them. Stick a ".pdf" at the end of each file.
opencpn.log -> opencpn.log.pdf
This will make it possible to upload the files.

Note that supported charts must have been installed with appropriate encryption certificates in place.

It does not look like you have actually loaded the charts, but I recall that you said you did. The directory is known, anyway.

Try go to options->charts->chart files->Rebuild database.

You should see lots of stuff in the logfile showing the charts being loaded and added to the database. Clip some of that and paste it inline here, please.

I think I just saw the problem, it is not finding the encryption .dll

Ok, moved my encryption folder back to the C: drive and I have charts now. Thanks all!
