oeSENC Charts Plugin

Install problem with oeSENC Plugin for OCPN 5.X Version for Windows.
I am able to download the Setup package but it does not install.
I get an message that "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file."
Trying to run the program as Admin does not help.

If I download the plugin for OCPN 4.X version it opens and installs perfectly, but ofcourse it does not function with OpenCPN 5.2

Plugins that came with the V5.2 are only:
Grib 4.1
Dashboard 1.2
WMM 1.1
ChartDownloader 1.4

Using Win 10.

O v 5.2 adds a plugin installer method within options->plugins. Where oeSENC_pi is included.

Options -> Plugins lists only those four plugins.
Updating the (Master catalog) list does not help either.
I get an "Cannot download data from url" : message.

You might try the latest build of the Windows version:
