Thanks for the update.


So, anyone else monitoring this thread have, or have access to, a Win10 with HD610 Graphics?
I don't want to have to buy an instance of this machine to understand the problem....

I think it is a shared graphics memory issue with the graphics card.

Performance
Depending on various factors like memory configuration, the HD Graphics 610 should similar to the old Skylake HD Graphics 510 and therefore can only handle non demanding games. E.g. Farming Simulator 17, World of Warships or Dota 2 Reborn can be played on low settings.

here are some reports of issues with Sketchup when using this graphics.

Which might be worthwhile reading, but it is from Oct 2018 and in the end .."The company pulled the update after some users reported files being deleted." It illustrates how some of the MS Updates can work (not).

I think a full bank of the those GPU tests are needed to fix this.

Sorry to break in. I remember some similar problem (other software), DELL Win10, that solved the driver problem after a Win 10 upgrade from 32bits to 64bits. Just needed to tell.
