open cpn crashes constantly Windows 7 / HELPHi

Hi there, need Help
Open cpn installed on a LENOVO W530 Notebook with windows 7
It worked ok travelling from Valencia to Marbella.
Now when I move the cursor west past Gibraltar it immediatly crashes every time. And also when I zoom out (-, PgDn)
At one point the info came up: Runtime error, the application made an error and has to be closed !!??

Has anybody had similar issues and can give me some tips to overcome the problem ? Would greatly apriciate it. Intending to leave here next week for Cape Verde, so kinda depending on it, or would have to install something else

That is not the only question. To help such people it is not importand to know where he wants to sail but to see his log file, knowing about the installed charts and such things.

It seems your cm93 chart "...\CM93\\03301020/D/03751062.D" is broken.
Either get a new cm93 distribution or delete the file 03751062.D in subfolder D of folder 03301020. This file shows up with no problems here in my cm93 distribution, so yours might be broken.
Also delete the setting "Chart directory #1: C:\Users\Lenovo\zygrib\grib" in your chart settings. Grib files are no charts and don't belong into a chart directory. If there are no charts in the directory " Chart directory #0: C:\Users\opencpn charts" you can delete this entry also. Try not to use directory names with spaces. That makes often problems.

Thank you Gerhard. Unfortunatly in subfolder 03301020 I only have folders \A and \C and a setup file. So no \D folder.

I will try to find a new set for CM93. Or would it already help if I create a subfolder \D in 03301020 with no entries ?

I guessed it already. Your cm93 is completely broken.
The folder 03301020 should have
1 file called 03301020.INF
1 subfolder called A with 1 file
1 subfolder called B with 4 files
1 subfolder called C with 5 files
1 subfolder called D with 37 files
1 subfolder called E with 110 files
1 subfolder called F with 76 files
1 subfolder called G with 30 files

Try to get a new CM93 distribution (it should have 1,446,230,423 Bytes in the last know version from May 2013).

Now if someone could get me some info where to find a working copy of CM93 V2 of 2013, that would be absolutly great.
Tried for some hours via google and only found 3 sites, that all seemed to be corrupt. Anyway, thats what my antivirus program says.
