OpenCPN 4.0 do not run correctly with PC Lenovo U41, under W 8.1

Fantastic .... This morning OpenCPN 4.0 and 4.1.925 OpenCPN work, both with no problem with OpenGL or OpenGL OFF ON on my Lenovo!
But what has happened? I'll explain, in part, by private message. Indeed, a privilege is at stake.

So, therefore, I did not use the special version you've put in the post # 15

I still upload your special version and I tried it with various kinds of cards with OpenGL OFF or ON.
Everything worked like this morning with 4.0 and 4.1.925.
