opencpn 4.8.0 - error message

Hello unfortunately my English is not so good.

Nevertheless, I try to describe my problem.

I use WIN10 on a new machine with Opencpn Vers 4.8.0.

Everything works really well.

But with the map construction or if I enlarge or reduce a view opencpn again and again and it comes the following error message on the screen.

For an answer - how I can solve the problem - I would be very grateful.

Re: opencpn 4.8.0 - error message

Matthias, I don't know what the error is, but have you updated your chart database?

Also if you are zooming in or out, new senc files get made for vector charts. Next time you zoom in that area it will use thise senc files. You can tell opencpn to create the all the senc files in by hitting a button. To learn how go to the manual and look for Toolbar - Options - Charts - Chart Tab and read. Also read about vector charts.
