OpenCPN 5.6.2 crashes after 20 seconds

Hi, I eradicated 5.6.2 from my computer, downloaded 5.7.1, installed but got exactly the same result. Here is the log file for 5.7.1 to see if it makes any sense.
Otherwise I will need an older version to try out.

If you are in Windows 10, try this version. It is the only one that work correctly, with the exception of the dry depth shoal sign underscore.

Hi P_Dub, the problems I am having are on a MacBookAIr, so that suggestion unfortunately won't work, but thanks for that info.
