I am using the buildlinux64 binary blob

Adding the latest library libsgllnx64-2.29.02.so in the path helps a lot.

I get to see the the charts now. Seems the older library version had a 2.29.0.1 instead of 2.29.02 format. That didn't help the links

I realize a new installation of nautical charts for a new user on my own PC. This is to make up-to-date screenshots for the opencpn.fr website.

I observe two small bug:

1 ° See first screenshot. A very small bug.

The word "Nom du terminal" does not appear entirely, even by widening the window.

2 ° See second screenshot. I have two sets of nautical charts bought from o-charts.
The name of one of the sets of nautical charts does not appear on the screen.

Just to understand:
Yesterday:
- I installed the FRAtl-UK pack following the automatic method with oeSENC
- I associated the second FrMed pack manually, then I used the download link located in the mail to download this pack. But I did not completely install this pack.

- This morning, I observe that if I open oeSENC, I have a different screen than yesterday. To know that the pack FrMed appears at the top but the line does not contain text. See first screenshot.
- If I click on this line without text (FrMed), the pack is correctly selected. See second screenshot
- If I click on the second line with text, the FrAtl-UK pack is correctly selected. See third screenshot.

Perhaps it is necessary to discuss with Roberto by saying to him that it is the client "Juan Desperados". He will understand.

I used opencpn with oesenc charts last season with no problem.

I have a rpi3 with a dAISy hat.

I have recently updated my system for the new season and renewed my charts.
While installing the charts I get the message "cannot find oserverd utility at {}"

I have updated my pi (jessie)
I am running OpenPlotter 0.17.1 Stable
OpenCPN 5.0.0
I have oeSENC 2.9 Plugin

Can you help plz?

Please help. Suddently I'm getting the "Checking oeserverd utility at {}" error on my Mac, 10.14.6 (18G87). The error seems to be in a loop.

I'm running the latest OpenCPN (OpenCPN_5.0.1+0266678.dmg) and oesenc-Plugin-ov50_3.0.0.pkg. It has worked well for some weeks, haven't changed anything myself.

Update. I managed to fix one of the errors where it couldn't load from "/Applications/OpenCPN.app/Contents/SharedSupport/plugins/oesenc_pi/data/". Turns out file permissions where set to only give access to System, so I added Everyone Read (to data folder and enclosed items) and now it loads all XMLs.

But the main problem with the popup "oesenc_pi: Cannot find the oserverd utility at {}" persists unfortunately.

There has been a similar case two weeks ago where the problem disappeared "over night" when re-installing the charts and restarting.

I've tried rebooting the machine and the app of course (have to force quit every time the error occurs), re-installing maps, rebuild maps DB, re-install OpenCPN and the plugin, reset credentials etc. - and this annoying issue seems impossible to fix. I've spent at least 4-5 hours now and loosing hope this will work on my Mac ever again. The log does seem incomplete and I've done nothing that should make the app stop working, it just stopped from one day to another.

Thank you for trying. I'm giving up.
