Opencpn AIS collision with myself

I have a backup Raspberry Pi with the AIS hat and I have looked around on how to disable my boat in the setup. I continuously get collision alerts. I have put in the MMSI number in.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

thanks
Harry

Re: Opencpn AIS collision with myself

Hi Harry. Welcome to this forum.

Your AIS Hat receiver will see what your main AIS transmits and the Hat don't "know" this is "self".
What you can try is in Options->Ships->MMSI Properties click: New, and add your own MMSI number and select "Ignore this MMSI".
