OpenCPN Bahamas charts

I don't use OpenCPN for navigation, but I do use it 100% of the time for route planning. Our next big plans are to go to the Bahamas and I have seen that obtaining charts for there that work on OpenCPN is a challenge.

Does anyone have any ideas about that or can anyone point us the right direction where we can get these charts?

We use either Explorer or Wavey Line for the data base.

There is a lot of info available in the OpenCPN documentation. Well worth a read!

"nv-charts" cover the Bahamas with BSB 3 format charts. Windows is necessary, at least initially, to access the charts.
