I understand that this message is strange. I understand that it seems not to come from O. But I do see that with O only.
Because it appears to mark another sequence in the operation of O, may be this will help Dave to explain it.

Hello Dave,

First I try display S63, NV-Verlag and CM93. Ok. Then I un-activate S63 plugin and NV_Chart plugin.

Then I shutdown O 332118. Then I Run O 332118. See screen shot.

See in the charts bar:The S63 rectangle and the NV-Chart rectangle are visible. This is not normal. Am I wrong?

I alerted Pavel about an error in the "s57objectclasses.csv" file, "s57data" folder. This file is ptresent in the installation folder of all versions of O.

Yet this is an old file which dates 2012. Maybe it is now useless ... Maybe this error is unimportant ... who knows.

I tells you here for security reasons.

In this file, at the bottom, line 17070 reads: "17070" Exceptional navigation strcuture "There's a spelling mistake" Structure "would be better.

what about translating the file to french and provide it to your french users?
This might be helpful because I know most french people don't understand english.
But be careful, only standard ascii chars might be used.
See attachments for the german translation before and after.
Also the object informations windows are translated after this.

In January and February 2013, several boaters conducted a French translation of the file. SailorF54 was the kingpin of this translation. Thank you to him. I have the French version of this file. (s57objectclasses.csv).

I just did a quick test with O332118. The translation seems to not work. why?

I am testing 3.3.2118 Linux, more exactly Unbuntu 14.04 LTS.
It appears that dialog font setting doesn't work properly, in any case less than with Windows
Those working :
- track properties
- route managers ( but I have to exit and restart )
Those not working at all
- options ( any tab )
- route properties
- way point properties

As I said the file must not contain special characters, e.g. no german Umlauts or all the special characters you have in french. So it works in any OpenCPN version since I first translated the file in January 2013.
Another approach is in objsearch_pi plugin where the items are in the po/mo file. You see this in the type column of the objsearch window.

I appreciate that Gerhard has launched the idea of translating the window objects displayed in the options, for vector charts. Especially since I took it a few weeks ago, translating the language file for the plugin ObjectSearch, Pavel develops, the translations made in January and February 2013, with SailorF54

That said, I just did a test with another version of the French file. And this time, it partially on. But this test file does not contain any objects. For example, this file does not contain the wrecks. And suddenly, the wrecks are not displayed with the CM93. (But now, they are displayed with the S63 S64 test UHKO !!!!!)

Leave aside, in this post, the difficulties display of these objects. This will certainly be resolved elsewhere.

Is it possible to integrate into the language file of O, the object names so that these names will be translated into the Options window O?

Pavel has changed wmm_pi to hopefully eliminate some crashes.
You can test with the new Opencpn below..
Additionally there are new versions of sQuiddio and Objectsearch,
which both seem to be working as intendeed, now that I am more used to them.
The Wmm has a funny repeating rectangular artifact when the lines are developed.

The warnings came up for obsearch and sQuiddio and plugins were disabled.

1. uninstall previous opencpn-3.3.2118.exe
2. download and install newly compiled version of Opencpn from main directory of Ocpn Beta-File Thingie rguser rgpass
3. remove previous wmm_pi-0.8-ov3.2.2-i-pavel-win32.exe under 3.2.2 PI Win directory
4. remove previous objsearch_pi-0.1-win32.exe from plugin dir
5. remove squiddio_pi-0.3-win32.exe from plugin dir
6. download and install new "wmm_pi-0.8-ov3.2.2-i-pavel-win32.exe" under "3.2.2 PI Win" directory

Hum .... ObjectSearch is still the V0.2, Date : 2014/09/13, web site O. But win32 is really V0.4.
But with me it does not work properly with O332118. Should he announce this event?

Yes, the title is 0.2 but plugin is 0.4.
Plugin works fine for me. Did you uninstall v0.2 before installing v0.4?
If not, try that. Also try a new download, sometimes the little bits get messed up going all the way across to France.

Dutch ENC's
Using the latest git (13-10-14) openGL & intel graphics running linux.
I'm aware that the quality of the charts is not so good. But what I see when zooming out is a O problem I think.
Added a serie screenshot when zooming out. Looks like not all the parts of the screen are redrawn when they should .
