No, there is no change here. We just found some really broken charts.

Maybe we should be kinder to chartmakers as we depend on them, and help them make better charts. Perhaps a page with the types of errors we encounter. How to find the info about the maker and how to contact them?
So there are more sharp eyes on the charts too.

Yes you can actually do the "user error" to enter "0" as the user default speed. The code will though not try to divide by zero, that's good. And next time you enter into Options or restart O the "0" is changed to "6" knots.

Dear all,

don't know, whether this is the right place .... So. please bear with me:

Using OpenCPN quite a lot, I found the GRIB menu very helpful and well organized. Especially that - directly on the menu - you can switch to the area covered by the GRIB data and you can, from whatever time you selected, directly switch to "Now" ....

However, the "Animated Chart", as well as "Show Isotache" are functions, which are nice and helpful. But they can only be activated/de-activated via the "Settings menu".

Wouldn't it be a good idea to activate/de-activate this directly from the primary menu?

If this was already mentioned/discussed or belongs to a different thread, pls. let me know.

However, as usual, It is - in my opinion - the best tool there is, so thank you all for your hard work...

I have to read again the dev manual on building for armhf.
Unfortunately, I won't be at home until Monday, so tests will be postponed until then.

Do you have libarchive-dev, liblzma-dev and libexif-dev installed?
Without libarchive, nothing but ZIP and RAR archives can be decompressed.

The 4.8.10125 seems work well except an error in failing S57 update. The error have been observed since .10109, .10119 and .10125. Sections of logfile are copied here for your reference.

The area boundary lines is working. The AIS target adjusting slide bar is working.
