OpenCPN documentation login

I'm trying to install OpenCPN on my RaspberryPi4, but everytime I click the link to the manual (from the download page) it asks for a username and password. There isn't any link to create a login, and whatever credentials I currently have are not recognized at valid username. How do I create a login so I can see the directions to download the image?

There must have been an inadvertent configuration change.

You should just be able to access the manual, without submitting any credentials.

Getting some 403 errors in the console on the docs page, but it's just for fetch.php and some .svg images

Last night I was cleaning up the Wiki ACL which was a mess. Then logged in as a User and was locked out. I realized I had mistakenly set one of the ACL settings and fixed it. Sorry. Now the ACL is much more comprehensible and manageable because it is considerably shorter.
