Quite frankly, I think you are asking for the moon. Is there an Android screen that is big enough to support this?

Hi Rick
This is a good question.
It's true that OpenCPN for Android has been adapted to very small screens (telephone, small tablets ...)
But there are numbers of tablets 10' (and some more) used to reel navigation
At this size, it would be good to have the same functions and environment than
with the others OS.
Personally, I navigate with a 10' Android, instead of with my 10' Window only for the risk regarding the cost, but I am a bit frustrated by Android restrictions

Yes, I think a 10' samsung would be wonderful for a bill board, but perhaps even a 10" would be usable with 2 canvases

Yes, 10' is a bit small for 2 canvas. And even there is at least twice the space in each canvas than in a single phone screen.
And 2 canvas is not the only difference...
What I mean is the differences should be based on the screen size instead of the OS...
But off course it's just my own feeling

In your mind is 10' = 10 feet? Maybe a language problem here.

sorry for my typo error
I mean 10'' - 10 inches - 254 millimeters
I agree, it's the minimum size usable in two canvas mode

To close this, what I would say:
ploubaz22's question is a good one and should not be evacuated; Android version should not be seen only with very small screen in mind.
