OpenCPN for Android is is still being developed?

I purchased OpenCPN for Android today on the Play Store at $9.95. I then went to the website of the developer Dave Register to get access to the help and the manual. I registered for his Forum and was never sent the email which would finish the registration and allow me access to the forum.
So is he still developing the software, I saw where the last update was in 2019.
Is this worth having on my phone?
Sorry to ask here but I was unable to find any other place that might have folks who knew what was going on.

YES, still being developed! And excellent! There have been several update since 2019.



Registration on the bigdumbboat site is always problematic. Dave has to send you a code manually.



I find here (CF) the best place for help for all things OpenCPN, including Dave's Android OpenCPN.
