It doesn't show up when I do a search on Playstore from a European location. If it's incompatible with later versions of Android maybe Google has pulled the plug on it?

At o-charts we have pretty often Android user that don't have the plug-in tab. Guess why.

Following your link it tells me the app was developed for an earlier version of Android and can't be downloaded as it won't run on my Android 9 device! I'm sure it will have gone away before long ... ...

I would encourage everyone to also flag the app as inappropriate in the Play Store. You can mark it as "Copycat or impersonation".


If you are in the app, go to the page and click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner.

I used the link and was able to bring it up, hit the 3 dots in the upper right and flag it as inappropriate. Thanks. If we all can do this perhaps it will disappear. It even has links to the real opencpn.org website.

OpenCPN doesn't use a username or password. Are you not able to log into your computer?
