I just tested with both Outlook and Thunderbird and got a reply from Saildocs for each.


The Outlook request was sent as HTML. Thunderbird as plain text.


The only time I've not received a reply from Saildocs is if I did not format the request correctly.

Well, thank you all for your concern and answers.
It turns ou that wen I used my old desktop PC windows 7, I did never get the grib files.
However, now I have repaired my laptop (windows 10 pro) and as I use it now to request grib files, everything works fine, with Outlook 2019.
So as for me, the problem is solved, since I will be using my laptop now instead of my old desktop computer.
