OpenCPN Nmea Transducer

Hi
Sory bad english

NMEA 183 which I use for opencpn transducer?? (garmin, Furuno, airmar)

please help me

Are you talking about an echosounder transducer?
If this is the case, you need to consult your echosounder manual. Usually you can find a suitable airmar transducer for any kind of echosounder.

No or yes.

There are tranducers that output NMEA 0183 directly (some from Airmar for instance). You can hook it up to a serial port on your computer. There are also tranducers you need to hook up to a echosounder. The echosounder can output NMEA to the computers serial port.

OpenCPN will read the NMEA data from a serial port
