The choice of speed used (panel: Display/general/) is not taken into account when creating and calculating a route.

Whatever the initial choice of speed used (3 or 4 or 8 knots), the road slump is always done at 6 knots...

Side question: when will it be possible to have the dual-screen choice directly in the drop-down menu (this is to avoid multiplying clicks)?

Another possible problem to check...

When doing tests with my VDR data, only AIS class A targets appear, I no longer have AIS class B targets.

To install and test the OpenCPN 5.9.1 Beta on rPI (Bookworm), follow this recipe verbatim:

$ wget -O- $repo/KEY.gpg | sudo tee /etc/apt/keyrings/opencpn.key

I see these problems:

1. Two finger zoom is not working even though it's wxwidgets 3.2
2. In chart downloads dialog I can't select all chart using long tough for right click to
bring 'select all' menu. Looks like long touch for right click is not implemented for the whole app.
It looks enabled only on chart canvas. There are many other places where long touch doesn't work for right click (ex: on dashboards)
3. Checkbox is white (instead of black) and hard to see in settings/connections on each connection

I don't see the AIS targets. Currently my Station: AIS Receiver COMAR SLR350Ni has Distinct Vessels: 186 / Positions: 18148. Class A and B

AIS targets are back. After a full restart of openCPN all is OK Class A and B are displayed

The draw back from 5.9.1-1623 to 5.9.0-1624; was that a small error or else?

HDMI touchscreen with pi4 or pi5.

You added long touch for right click event handler to chart canvas only, instead of adding it to whole app. So it works only on canvas of the chart and not in other places.

And you didn't add two finger zoom handler at all.

Any HDMI screen will have that issue. You do not register event handlers correctly in the code. wxwidgets 3.2 supports handling touch gestures.

Chart downloader doesn't work for me. Hangs OpenCPN.

I go to download ENC for US Coast Guard District 1, I update catalog, Right click, Select All Charts.

The it hangs after pressing Download Selected Charts button. On pi5 bookworm.
