Options - Plugins enable/disable buttons

In the settings -> plugins window, the buttons for enabling disabling the different plug-ins is located on the outermost right side of the window.

This often makes it difficult to see/ use this buttons if you don't have a high resolution display, since the buttons will be hidden outside in the right side og the window if you not scroll the window to left to make them visible.

Also, some plugins, like the "statusbar" has a very long description in one line that should be formatted down to several lines to display much better.
