OWER ZOOM ERROR IN OPENCPN

I have a large .kap chart of Singapore and approach.

It displays normally in all several other nav. progs. such as Fugawi Marine ENC and SeaClear, but the screen freezes up with an ´Over Zoom´message.

The chart is not correct. O does not like a latitude >90 degrees, in the PP value.

PP stands for latitude?? I altered PP:1 and now the chart works a treat.
I ca´nt imagine how the header came to contain a latitude of 103 ??
The latitude is actually TL 1.566715 and BR 1.011362
