Parallel installation 5.8.4 charts gone

Original version 5.8.4 was crashing the odd time, so I decided to do a new install, downloaded ok install seemed ok but it said only one version allowed please indicate which one , only option was parallel install, clicked and it did the job, all previous settings appeared to be there including chart directory, but charts would not load..Canadian versions Help please...

All fixed did a new charts download and all went smooth from there
