Patch for OpenCPN to Work on Latest gpsd (2.96) and MeeGo builds

I wrote a patch for opencpn so that it works with the latest gpsd version.

I'm not expecting integration because it means loss of compatibility with older versions, I don't know how best to do that, but it should be of use if you want to port to the latest GPSD version!
