Plugin Manager not showing plugins

I've installed OpenCPN 5.6.2 on Ubuntu 23.04. On the Options page under Plugins it is only showing the ChartDownloader and WMM plugins. When I click on Update Plugin Catalog Manager, a popup says the update was successful.

How can I get the other plugins I need, like OTCurrent or o-charts to show up here so I can install them?

First get the latest vesion of OCPN. 5.10

The plugins are produced only for LTS releases of Ubuntu. If you want to stay with Ubuntu 23.04, which BTW is past it's end of life since January, use Flatpak.
