I do like this list, can we please get it on the opencpn.org website? I think it makes good sense.

Also under Development, on the opencpn.org website it might be a good idea to have some link directory, to active development GITS with a description? Don't know if that would cause any problems...

Ok, No problem for me. But, attention, this list is not complete.

And I know that there are professional plugins. These plugins are not in this list.

Guys...
The source repositories of the plugins are linked from the plugin download page. I'm afraid that's all I'm able to do in that respect - if I was maintaining a page linking every development branch of every plugin out there, you would probably not see me surviving much longer - simply make a github account and "follow" your favorite developers there - that's why that platform exists...

Opencpn windows dlls are available.
If you'd like ti try these out, remember that Weather_routing_pi requires the special directory weather_routing and that both Grib-pi and Weather_Routing should have the newer version of opencpn.exe which is available here too.

OCPN Download -Weather_Routing Files, etc.
File Thingie now has a login user: 'opencpn' pass: 'betapass'

You should find:

opencpn.exe,
grib_pi.dll,
weather_routing_pi.dll,
New directory: weather_routing/data
New file under data: WeatherRoutingInformation.html

which are all necessary to run and test the new plugin weather_routing.

Authors are Boat_Alexandra, SaltyPaws, Nohal, Bdcat, and others.

There are subdirectorys with WxFax files (sound and wave) and some Grib files for currents (they take a lot of space). If anyone has some good wav files for the WxFax plugin please adivse.

NOTE: For weather_routing_pi.dll plugin, you also must download the weather_routing directory with WeatherRougingInformation.html, and place whole directoy weather_routing in your plugins directory.

It is called Weather Routing Plugin the file used for Windows is weather_routing_pi.dll. This file also requires that the 'weather_routing' directory be in the plugins directory.

While fixing a bug in the aisradar plugin I also upgraded it to version 1.9.
It is tested on windows 7 and is pushed to guthub, but I have not yet had the time to build it on
Ubuntu for intel and arm

Simply download the dll and place it in your plugiin directory.
These plugins generally work in Opencpn 3.2
Plugins with "pi18" (api 1.8) should work in Opencpn 2.6 and later.

Note: Celestial_navigation and Climatology plugins require special data files under directories you must create
../plugins/celestial_navigation/data/../plugiins/climatology/data -download one of the files 7z or gz
Make sure to download the data files from the subdirectory, un-compress if necessary, and place in proper directories.

Climatology Notes: Cyclones do not display. Do not check creation of "Isobars" in the "Configure" menu for any of the data types listed, because Opencpn will freeze up in the middle of the building of the isobar.

2. Download the Opencpn3.3.2.exe and place in the application directory under program files (x86).
3. Copy and rename Opencpn3.3.2 to be Opencpn.exe
4. Download the files under crashrpt directory and place them in the application root directory with opencpn.exe

Note: Weather_routing plugin requires a special data file under directories you must create

WMM Plugin Found this in the opencpn.log Don't know if it is critical. The plugin seems to work fine.
