Problem to move waypoints on my Samsung tablet

Hi,
I have a problem to move a Waypoint on my Samsung Tab Active 3.

The correct way to move a waypoint is to tap one on it and the use "the hand" to drag it to the new position. (As shows in clip 1. "Correct function" on my Samsung S21 Mobile phone:

First, it is not possible to tap once on the waypoint to get "the hand" to show up.
When double tapping, the dialouge box shows up with "the hand" under it. If I move the map so the waypoint becomes visible it works to tap it once and then move it. But it's a very limited capability...

What is wrong, can someone please help?

I have searched for any issues on the Samsung Tab hw without luck. And I have checked various settings on the touch screen. Cleaned the screen. Using the pen on the tablet. Changed sensitivity. But I don't think it's a pure hw issue.
