Questions about Dashboard Tactics Plugin

Hello together,
I would like to use the above mentioned plugin. It will be displayed in the plugin manager 2 Dashboard Plugins.
"Dashboard_Tactics 1.6"
"Dashboardtactics 1.6.6.0"

The second plugin can apparently be installed, but I cannot change any settings and there is no other way to see it.

I do not understand the difference.
