Radar Plug-in as Stand Alone
Is there a way to run the Radar plug-in as a stand alone app on windows?

Yes, hosted in the OpenCPN standalone app on Windows.

There is a standalone program OpenBR24 that runs without OpenCpn for Navico BR24 and 3g Radars.
You need Java plus this program (OpenBR24w32.jar)
