Restore tracks from backup?

I have read here https://opencpn.org/wiki/dokuwiki/do...on_data_backup that there is some kind of backup which appears for windows users (me) to be in the program data\opencpn.

I can find the navobj.xml file - but then what? Do I import it as a track or?

I ask because after a power loss OCPN seems to have reset everything and I lost my old tracks.

Just after posting this I found how to do it. Go to tracks - > import -> change file picker to "all" file types, then import the relevant navobj.xml.
