S57 Charts with different scaling zoom problem

Hi, I have some S57 charts with different scaling for example one of them is 1:30000, one is 1:80000. When I zoom out to certain level, the one with maximum scaling 1:30000 disappear, only 1:80000 still remains there. Is there any way to set it up in the Options menu or I should change some the OpenCPN code?

By the way, is there a manual that describes all the methods and structure of the OpenCPN code?

You probably want to make sure your real physical display size is set correctly and play with the Chart Scale / Zoom Weighting factor in Toolbox -> Display -> Advanced to suit your liking
Remember that S57 charts define what is shown at which scale and their producers probably had a reason to do it the way they did.
