Sailing Polars from VPP

Weather_routing_pi used to have a VPP program in it to calculate polars automatically, (and the code may still be there) but Sean has tried to make the program simpler for users (needed) and removed access to this part for the time being.

This could be a substitute. I used it to create my first polars for the boat and to compare the relative effect of different size jibs.
