Sat Chart downloads

Hi, I'm trying to get up and running, downloading sat charts for an overlay on opencpn, can I be advised as to which program and plugin I should be using for be be able to download sat charts please, I seem to be getting into quite a mess trying, I do have Venture Further but I'm finding these are quite blurry and not showing a clear picture, can someone advise on what program is user friendly.
