Re: Sean Depagnier's Plugins

I do not have mac. Immediately below I have requested a comprehensive list of all of Sean's plugins the do not work on the Mac, otherwise I will simply remove them all. Also I need confirmation of one's that work.

I'm sorry not to be able to help you. But I use a far more different system to compile OpenCPN and its plugins for macOS even without plugin manager and such things.
However I suggest to start your work at another end: Still the site opencpn.org has broken links, the shipped manual is outdated (english is not my maternal language, so I cannot help either) and as just seen by a user complaint the chartdownload-plugin is outdated too. So you should set priorities, macOS is not so importand because of its less users.

And what exactly is your excuse for not contributing the up to date data for the chart catalog, which is nothing but a trivial XML file and has nothing to do with macOS, your environment, your mother thongue, English, outdated links, outdated manual or whatever invalid excuse you use every single time when you spit you crap instead of helping out?

I don't need to excuse nothing, but I read there is someone who developed the chart downloader and might still responsible for it especially when the czech chart catalog is broken and he speaks czech. Have a nice happy day.

Re: Sean Depagnier's Plugins

I've been using StatusBar plugin 0.7.6.0 RPi through the Plugin Manager. It works, but a few features are broken, and Sean has addressed these. The new version is available on git hub, but this new version is not yet available in the plugin manager.

Re: Sean Depagnier's Plugins

The fixes 15 Dec 2020 are after version 0.7.6.0, version 0.8 I believe. This is not available through the Plugin manager, I believe.

Re: Sean Depagnier's Plugins

The plugin manager is still installing older version 0.7.6. Rick, who needs to update that? Sean has posted the new version 0.8

Sean's repository does not support plugin manager. I have not updated my repos, sorry but the frontend is in flux and I am having difficulties building all environments, and quite frankly stopped trying as I was gettiing nowhere. Sean never notified me of these changes. I will try to update it after Jon has frontend all working in testplugin and ocpn_draw.

Re: Sean Depagnier's Plugins

Rick, just thought I'd check to see if the StatusBar plugin was updated yet. I don't think it is. Any thing I can do to help?
