setting vessel (gps) location manually

I have a desk top Win7P machine at home. I'd like to do some planning with that machine (no GPS input) and set the vessel location to certain places manually. Easy way to do that?

Put cursor at location where you want boat
right click, "move boat to here"

easy peasy
