Severe tidal offset?

I'm doing some trip planning in the San Juan Islands (where currents are pretty important) and OpenCPN is showing all current graphs offset ahead by five hours. The graph shows UTC-7 which is off by an hour, but that's probably a daylight time setting that I haven't found. I'm using v. 5.2.4+6b314e6, which I just updated to. I'm using it without any instrument input, so it must be using the tide station's local time?

For example, for today's slack at Turn Point, NOAA and TidesNearMe show
3:42pm while OpenCPN shows what is 10:42-ish, five hours off.

I haven't used OpenCPN for awhile because I was getting misled by current graphs, and didn't recognize the natue of the problem.

North of `Turn Point` (Stuart Island) 0n the 31st, the current turn to flood at 0830 Pacific daylight time and turn to ebb at 1430 Pacific daylight time. Is this the place that you wanted?
